The second module of the DNA journey, for pastors who have already started the transition and want to complete it consistently.
About DNA2
After DNA1, many churches take the first steps and soon meet the hardest questions: how to raise leaders at the speed of multiplication, how to sustain cell culture day by day, and how to lead the church structure without losing life.
DNA2 exists to answer those questions practically, with room for discussion, open questions and the sharing of real experiences — wins and mistakes — from those who have already walked this road.

Raising leaders
Discipleship tracks and leader development at the speed of growth.
Cell multiplication
